Nomads from Horasan came to the current crossroads of our village while searching for a settlement 700 years ago. They send a pioneer team of three or five people to see if there is a place to settle behind this hill. When the pioneer team comes back, they say "There is a walnut grove, but it’s waste." Koz means walnut. They settle in this area and call it "Kozluviran" The name of our village is changed to "Kozluören" by the beauty association established in our village 50 years ago.
