He was born in Rize in 1950. He graduated from IDMMA Galatasaray Engineering High School as a Civil Engineer in 1976. He became a member of IFSAK Istanbul Photography and Cinema Amateurs Association in 1982. He became a member of KASK Kocaeli Photography Art Association in 1983. He continued as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He received more than 100 awards at Turkey and abroad. He performed more than 75 personal shows. He also participated in mixed shows. He opened 37 personal exhibitions.

Consequently, since conceptual photography is the concept and idea to stand out, the artistic production method shows itself in all forms and materials, as well as more stylistic texts. Since the 1960s, especially performance, landart and AtePovera trends have become widespread. All kinds of materials, as well as the material of concept art, has been widely used in video. Although it may seem like a trend to the 1960s and 1970s, its influence is still strong.
